You must have two valid forms of identification from the list below. One piece must have your photo and one must have your current address.

After you sign up, Ship Easy will send you an email with instructions on using the service along with your unique Ship Easy address.
Order Online: When you place an order online, use this unique address as the shipping destination for your package. Once we receive your package, we’ll send you an email letting you know that we received it along with an image of the package.
In-store Pick-up: Visit our store during normal business hours and pick up one or all of your packages. You can even give us a call ahead of time 714.949.4991 and we'll have your packages ready when you arrive.
Yes.
Ship Easy will sign on your behalf. We can also accept alcohol deliveries.
Note: We will ask for identification if your package requires you to be over 21 years of age.
The key difference between PO boxes and private mailboxes is that a mailboxes will provide your business with a real, physical street address. A PO box cannot be used as the official address for your business when it comes to filing paperwork or opening a bank account. Google won't recognize your address as searchable location listing under a PO box.
Private mailboxes can handle deliveries from various carriers, offering you the flexibility and reliability you need to keep your business running smoothly. PO boxes generally limit you to receiving mail exclusively from US Postal Services.
Yes. You can email us your prepaid shipping label and we will print it for just $1.

Ship Easy is closed on Sundays and observes most national holidays.
Yes. We can forward any mail and any packages that you receive for your virtual mailbox. Just provide a "forward mail" address of where you'd like us to send items to and we will present you with comparable rates and delivery dates.
Ship Easy will hold packages up to 30 days. Note: After 7 days, any package longer than 2 feet on any side will incur a $5/week charge.
To cancel your subscription:
Please make sure you've registered your account at https://shipeasy.store by clicking "Log In" button.
From your dashboard navigate to Manage Plan/Account
Click "Cancel"
A package is everything with a tracking number. Mail is everything else (i.e. postage/stamp)
Yes. We can accept returns if you bring in your package with the prepaid label or if you have access to the shipping label provided by Amazon. We will print the label for $1 and provide a drop-off receipt
